All printing services utilize plant-based inks, water-based processes, and sustainable materials as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

User Responsibilities

When using personalcustomao services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for all printing orders
• Ensure you have legal rights to all content submitted for printing
• Not submit materials that infringe intellectual property rights
• Not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Comply with all applicable Australian laws and regulations
• Review and approve proofs before authorizing production

Ordering and Pricing

All prices displayed on personalcustomao.world are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. When you place an order:

• You receive a quote valid for 30 days from issue date
• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of your approval and payment
• Production begins only after final proof approval
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees
• Additional fees may apply for rush orders or special requirements

Personalcustomao reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, product availability, or concerns about order legitimacy.

Payment Terms

Payment for printing services must be made according to the following terms:

• New customers: Full payment required before production begins
• Established accounts: Net 30 payment terms available upon approval
• Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, credit card, PayPal
• Late payments subject to interest charges at standard rates
• Outstanding balances may result in service suspension

All payments are processed securely through certified payment gateways. Personalcustomao does not store complete credit card information on our servers.

Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights to design files and content you provide to personalcustomao for printing. By submitting materials, you grant us a limited license to reproduce and process your content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your printing orders.

The personalcustomao website, including all text, graphics, logos, and software, is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

If you submit content that infringes third-party rights, you agree to indemnify personalcustomao against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from such infringement.

Quality and Proofing

Personalcustomao is committed to delivering high-quality printing using sustainable materials and processes. However, natural variations in recycled papers and plant-based inks may occur:

• Color variations of up to ten percent from digital proofs are normal
• Recycled paper may contain minor flecks or texture variations
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs
• Changes after proof approval may incur additional charges
• We cannot guarantee exact color matching between print runs

Once you approve a proof, personalcustomao is not liable for errors you failed to identify, including spelling, layout, or color concerns.

Delivery and Shipping

Personalcustomao ships completed printing orders throughout Australia using carbon-offset delivery services:

• Standard delivery: 5 to 10 business days depending on location
• Express delivery: 2 to 4 business days for metro areas
• Shipping costs calculated based on weight and destination
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to carrier
• Damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Personalcustomao is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of printing services, returns are only accepted for products with manufacturing defects or errors caused by personalcustomao. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information.

We will reprint or refund defective items at our discretion. Refunds do not include shipping costs unless the error was entirely our responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, personalcustomao shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use our printing services
• Errors or delays in order fulfillment
• Quality variations inherent in sustainable printing materials
• Third-party actions including shipping delays
• Loss of business, revenue, or profits

Our total liability for any claim related to printing services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of personalcustomao services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New South Wales.
